Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing Optimax products.
If you have received damaged or defective products, we apologise in advance and ask you to please call Customer Services on 0333 005 1808 or email customer.support@optimaxproducts.com
Standard no-fault returns
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product at your own cost within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in the original packaging.
Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds on partial packs.
Refunds don’t include delivery charges.
The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been booked in to our warehouse and proof of delivery may be necessary in some instances.
For returns to be processed and refunded, you need to contact Customer Services and clearly attach the return material authorisation form to the outside packaging of the goods being returned.
