Returns and Refunds

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product at your own cost within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. In the first 14 days after purchase, you will incur a 15% restocking fee. If returning the product between 14 and 30 days after purchase, you will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Products are non-returnable more than 30 days after purchase.

After we receive your item/s, our operations team will inspect it and process your credit, less the applicable restocking fee.

If the product is damaged/used in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

This policy covers the return and refund of non-defective products. If a product is faulty upon receipt, we will collect it and replace the goods. Refunds and returns are not applicable under the following circumstances:
