Product Overview:

Stronghold® 35/15 staples are industry-standard wide-crown fasteners engineered for sealing corrugated cardboard cartons. Supplied in rigid stick collation, they are driven and clinched using compatible manual or pneumatic top carton staplers. With a 35mm crown width and 15mm leg length, they provide a mechanical closure for medium-duty corrugated packaging.

  • Josef Kihlberg: 561 series (e.g. JK 561-15K, JK 561PN)

  • Stanley Bostitch: 'A' series wide-crown carton staplers (e.g. MS-3519, DS-3522)

  • Note: Incompatible with 32-series tools (e.g. Josef Kihlberg 560 or Bostitch 'C' series, which require a 32mm crown).

• Board Thickness: 15mm leg lengths are typically specified for single-wall corrugated board (such as B or C fluting). For heavier double-wall (BC fluting) or triple-wall cartons, 18mm or 22mm leg lengths are standard to ensure sufficient penetration for the clinch.
