Pacplus KVB100.5.1000W Heavy-Duty Kraft Cardboard Pallet Edge Boards (Pack of 20)

Product Overview:

The Pacplus KVB100.5.1000W is a heavy-duty 1000mm cardboard edge protector built to defend bulky palletised freight and heavy cartons from high-tension strapping. Featuring broad 100mm flanges and a dense 5mm solid wall profile, it provides maximum tension dispersal and high-impact resistance across standard 1-metre load drops.

Key Benefits:

• Expansive 100mm Flange Surface: Broad profile distributes heavy surface pressure over an extended area, stopping steel or heavy polyester strapping from biting into carton edges and fragile cargo.

• Heavy-Duty 5mm: High-density 5mm compressed board absorbs blunt impacts, drops, and handling knocks from forklift forks and pallet trucks during warehouse transfers.

• Superior Vertical Column Support: Provides rigid upright bracing that bolsters carton corners against overhead compressive forces, supporting safe pallet stacking in racking or transport bays.

• Square Load Alignment: Locks heavy boxed goods into a secure, cohesive block, preventing cargo from leaning, shifting, or breaking shape over demanding road freight routes.

• Environmentally Sustainable: Manufactured from renewable softwood pulp and post-consumer recycled paper fibres, ensuring straightforward disposal through regular commercial cardboard recycling streams.
