Battery-powered friction weld tool designed for single-handed tensioning, sealing, and cutting of plastic strapping without metal seals. Suitable for palletising and bundling applications using either polypropylene (PP) or polyester (PET) strapping.

Application & Setup Guidance:

• Strap Material Setup: Suitable for light to medium-duty bundling with PP strapping, as well as higher-tension palletising using rigid PET strapping.

• Tension Adjustment: Standard mode pulls up to 120kg (1,200N) for solid loads. Soft mode applies reduced tension at a controlled pace to avoid biting into cardboard carton edges or crushing compressible goods.

• Width Guides: Set the internal guides to match the loaded strap width (9mm, 10mm, 12mm, or 13mm) to keep the strap aligned over the feed wheel and cutter blade.
