Bag Neck Sealer with trimming blade stainless steel frame 12mm tape width 7mm throat

Pacplus PD223T Stainless Steel Bag Neck Sealer with Trimmer

Product Overview:

Based on the proven PD222T design, the PD223T is constructed from wipe-clean stainless steel to withstand salts, and harsh cleaning agents. Operators push gathered bag necks down through the tape slot to apply a tight, twisted adhesive band, then slide the excess plastic against the integrated side knife for a neat, presentable bag top in a single motion.

Key Benefits:

• Corrosion-Proof Stainless Steel: Built for food production, meat packing, fisheries, and chemical areas where mild steel dispensers rust or flake.

• Integrated Bag Neck Trimmer: Features an angled side blade that slices off messy, excess bag tails immediately after sealing, leaving a tidy finish.

• Firm, Airtight Bag Closures: Wraps pressure-sensitive bag neck tape tightly around gathered poly film to lock in freshness and prevent loose goods spilling.

• Flexible Surface Mounting: Drilled base plate allows permanent screw-down fixing onto horizontal workbenches or vertical walls and packing station posts.

• Low-Cost Consumable Compatibility: Works with economical 9mm to 12mm PVC and vinyl bag neck sealing tapes on standard cores.

Why Buy This Product?

Standard painted steel dispensers quickly pit, corrode, and seize up when exposed to washdowns, brine, or chilled packing room condensation. Upgrading to the Pacplus PD223T gives your team an easy-clean, food-safe bag sealing station that seals and trims polythene pouches in one fluid stroke, keeping packing fast and maintaining strict hygiene standards.
