16mm Semi-Open Steel Seals for Plastic Strapping 0.6mm – Box of 2000

Pacplus® SO1632 Steel Semi-Open Strapping Seals (16mm x 32mm)

Extended-Length Metal Closures for Heavy-Duty Polypropylene Banding Lines

Engineered with an elongated 32mm profile, these metal clips provide an increased contact surface area to deliver superior joint hold on larger cartons, construction materials, and unitised pallets. The semi-open format allows operators to position the seal over overlapping strap layers either prior to or immediately following the tensioning phase, ensuring smooth compatibility with standard hand sealers and manual combination strapping tools.

Key Features:

• Extended 32mm Joint Area: Extra length delivers a broad, reliable mechanical grip over 16mm plastic banding to keep heavy pallets from loosening.

• Flexible Semi-Open Placement: Clips easily over strap ends either before or after tensioning to speed up line packing.

• Resilient Formed Steel: Withstands high strap tension and transit bumps without warping or letting the joint give way.

• Pairs with Standard Tools: Operates cleanly with standard manual jaw sealers and integrated combination tools for dependable crimping.

• Trade Pack of 2,000: Generous carton volume keeps high-throughput dispatch hubs supplied and helps lower packaging costs per pallet.
