Stronghold® TRED27AIR Pneumatic Bottom Treadle Carton Stapler

Compressed-air-powered bottom case stapler designed for erecting and fastening the base flaps of corrugated cardboard cartons prior to filling. Foot-treadle operation keeps both hands free to position and square empty boxes over the post anvil.

• Pneumatic Driving Action: Powered by compressed air to reduce physical fatigue and increase throughput to 50–100 cartons per hour compared to mechanical foot-operated units.

• Hands-Free Box Positioning: Guarded foot pedal actuates the staple cycle, allowing the operator to hold carton flaps square and aligned with both hands.

• Rigid Post Anvil: Vertical clinching post supports deep and narrow cartons, clinching staples on the internal base seam.

• Operator Safety Pedal: Fitted with a shielded safety treadle shroud to prevent accidental actuation.
